The Digi DI-470SS Digital Indicator delivers the flexibility of being paired with many different remote platforms. Designed for checkweighing, the DI-470SS provides precise over/under weighing with a high internal resolution of 1/600,000 counts. Enhancing operator recognition, the 15-element DIGI-BARgraph shows target values in red for low, green for okay, and yellow for high. In addition, the internal setpoint alarm can be programmed to sound when weights are within or outside of tolerance settings.

Constructed of 100% stainless steel and rated IP46, the DI-470SS provides exceptional protection in harsh environments. Setpoints can be entered simply as weights, or as a percentage of the target weight, eliminating calculation errors. Standard unit selections include lb, kg, oz and gram.

DI-80 Series Weight Indicator

Available with built-in printer, the DI-80 Series is an all-in-one data terminal solution for a variety of weighing applications. Bar code printing, scanning capabilities and 1,000 memory make the DI-80 an ideal inventory management system.

With two scale channels that can easily be configured to any capacity platform, the DI-80 is great for heavy weighing applications including shipping, cargo weighing, and scrap metal weighing. It offers four setpoint outputs that enable operation as complex as counting, recording, and transmitting inventory data to PC, or as simple as checkweighing packages as they come off the line.

BCP-300 Bar Code Printer

Digi QuickScan® QS-6000 Laser Bar Code Scanner

This compact 4 oz scanner is extra durable for demanding environments with a rubber boot encasing the front surface of the scanner for extra durability. The QuickScan QS-6000’s microprocessor controller allows extreme flexibility and reliability that function at low power for portability.

The 120 drives up to four 350 or eight 700 load cells. It also features three-stage digital filtering, providing stable, accurate weight data. The five-button front panel provides easy operation, as well as full calibration and configuration.

Two independent communication ports provide full EDP and print ticket programmability—a feature that is enhanced by Revolution™ III Scale Software. In addition, the two standard serial ports allow it to be remotely configured using Revolution III Scale Software.

Digi Digi DC 100 Counting Scale

Model DC-100 features 2-line dot matrix LCD display that clearly shows numeric measurements and text messaging for job sequencing. With 1 MB of memory, this unit stores over 1,500 items and offers RS-232 and keyboard input ports. Internal battery provides over 30 hr of continuous use when mobile counting is required. Scale is ideally suited for stockroom inventory, receiving parts verification, and parts scanning applications.
